Online and in-person prices

Starter: $199 online or $299 for one NYC visit. Online sessions are up to 90 minutes; the initial visit is up to two hours. Business Setup: $499 online or with one NYC setup visit, with approximately 4–5 total hours across assessment, setup, testing, and training.

Workflow pilots typically range from $750–$1,500, with a fixed quote after assessment. Starter and Business prices are introductory. Provider subscriptions are separate, and all included follow-up support is online.

Additional in-person visits are $100 for up to two hours for help with the original agreed setup. We confirm your location, travel area, appointment length, and scope before booking. New integrations and larger changes are quoted separately. See full package details.

What an appointment looks like

1. Start with a free 20-minute online consultation about your business, tools, and one time-consuming task.
2. We check fit and agree on scope, required access, price, and online or in-person delivery.
3. You retain account ownership and approve permissions. We configure and test the agreed work with representative information.
4. Your owner or staff practices the process and receives a clear handoff.

Consultations are online; in-person implementation visits are by appointment. There is no walk-in location advertised on this website.
