Do we need a custom app or better use of our current tools?
We assess that with you. If an existing feature or supported connection solves the problem well, we start there. If your process needs a tailored inventory, sales, purchasing, or reporting system, we scope a custom application.
Can you connect our apps and add AI to a custom system?
We assess the exact platforms, plans, data, and permissions first. Examples include email, calendars, Google Drive, OneDrive, Jobber, and QuickBooks Online. AI can help summarize information or prepare actions where it adds value. Integrations, approval steps, and costs are agreed before implementation.
What does a custom application include?
An agreed set of features for your workflow, testing, documentation, and team training. Your proposal also specifies account and source-code ownership, data export, hosting, backups, maintenance, support, and any ongoing costs. A custom app is not included in the AI setup packages.
Can we work online or meet in person?
Both. We provide remote implementation nationwide and in-person appointments in Queens and NYC. Starter is $199 online or $299 in person. Business AI Setup is $499 either way. Included setup support is online only; extra visits are $100 for up to two hours for the original agreed scope.
