What can you connect?
The Starter package includes up to 2 supported standard connections chosen from business email, calendar, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive. The Business package includes up to 3 and may also include Jobber, QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, or a supported CRM when an official connector is available. An eligible customer-owned account, plan, and permissions are required. Custom API work, data migration, accounting configuration, two-way automation, and unsupported apps are assessed and quoted separately.
Will AI send messages or change records automatically?
We start with human review: AI prepares, an employee reviews, and an employee acts. Any automated action requires supported tools, appropriate permissions, testing, and your approval.
Is implementation online or in person?
AI Setup is $199 online or $299 with one NYC setup visit. Business AI Setup is $499 online or with one NYC setup visit. Included follow-up support is online only. Additional in-person visits are $100 each, for up to two hours. We agree on your location, scope, and any additional work before you commit.
Who pays for the software subscriptions?
You do. All AI and business-application accounts remain customer-controlled and are billed directly by their providers. We confirm likely subscription requirements before implementation.
